Christian Morales-Opazo biography
Christian Morales-Opazo is an economist the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). His research focuses on trade and markets, domestic price policy, production and natural resources, and nutrition. He is also leads the team on global and cross-country analysis in FAO’s Agricultural Development Economics Division.
Before joining FAO, he worked with the European Commission, the London School of Economics, and the Chilean Ministry of Agriculture, Chile.
He received his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from the Technical University of Madrid.
