Jessica Ault biography
Jessica Ault is a metadata librarian with the Food Safety and Research Information Office at the National Agricultural Library (NAL). Prior to joining NAL, she was a program and records manager at Better Markets, a Washington, DC-based nonprofit.
Jessica earned her MLS with a concentration in archives and digital curation from the University of Maryland’s iSchool in 2016. While in earning her MLS, she worked as a graduate assistant in the iSchool’s communications and development offices and had internships at the Department of Justice libraries and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Office of Legislative Affairs. She was also the president of the American Library Association Student Chapter at UMD. Before graduate school, Jessica worked as a legislative correspondent in the office of U.S. Senator Byron Dorgan (D-ND).
