Marie Parent biography
Marie Parent joined IFPRI in 2018 as a Research Analyst in the Markets, Trade, and Institutions Division of IFPRI after completing a Master of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. She brings to the Ceres2030 team training in policy analysis and economics, a passion for systems thinking, and private-sector experience in research and project management for Fortune 500 clients. Her previous development work includes contributing to the World Bank’s annual Doing Businessreport and helping assess the impact of programs at VOICE 4 Girls, a girls’ empowerment nonprofit in India. Marie also holds a BA in Economics from Indiana University, Bloomington.
