Nkulumo Zinyengere biography

Nkulumo Zinyengere is a Climate Change Specialist at the World Bank. Previously, he worked as a project manager and research lead with Climate and Development Knowledge Network (CDKN) in South Africa. His areas of research include food security, poverty alleviation, climate change among others.

He is the recipient of the Climate Change Research Fellowship from the African Center for a Green Economy, and a South Africa and Visiting Research scholarship from the Institute of Geography at the University of Bonn. He received a Green Talent award in 2014 from the German Federal Ministry of Education and Researchfor his achievements and determination to climate change adaptation.

Zinyengere received his Ph.D. in Environmental and Geographical Science from the University of Cape Town.
